About Core Alchemy LLC
Robin is the founder of Core Alchemy PHR | DexaFit Carmel, a dual-brand precision health testing and recovery studio grounded in the belief that true healing begins at the intersection of science, soul, and self-awareness. A Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and Integrative Health Coach by training, with nearly ten years in functional nutrition and integrative care, Robin brings a root-cause lens to every scan and every conversation.
The studio offers DEXA body composition scanning, VO2 max testing, RMR analysis, and clinical interpretation, with red light recovery therapy and, pending feasibility, salt and halotherapy to follow. Robin is among the first in Indiana, and the first in greater Indianapolis, to offer GE's latest generation DEXA technology, built for greater accessibility with a larger scan surface and higher weight capacity.
Her approach blends evidence-based testing with a trauma-informed, heart-centered read of the whole person. Rather than numbers in isolation, Robin's clinical interpretation connects the data to how clients actually feel, moving confusion and fatigue toward clarity and vitality, grounded in both science and self-trust.
